Biography

Suna Kabadayı, is the expert in working with leaders and companies to create successful brands with 20+ years experience as a professional and enterpreneur in business. She has developed her own unique coaching approach using her know how in image consultancy, executive coaching and mindfullness based stress reduction.
Suna holds a BA in International Relations & Political Science from Bogazici University, Istanbul (1997) and has completed the intensive trainings with Conselle Institute of Image Management (2005) and The Style Core (2006), prior to starting up her company as an image consultant. She became a certified Professional member of Association of Image Consultants International in 2006 and served as a Global Ambassador of the Association between 2011- 2015. Suna Kabadayi holds the certfiicate in Executive Coaching from New York University (2012) and certificate in Mindfullness from San Diego State University (2021) and MBSR, Mindfullnes Based Stress Reduction Program from Brown University . (2022)

As a former marketing executive in multinational companies such as Ford, Henkel and Pernod Ricard for a decade, Suna has an uncommon depth of experience and understanding in real world challenges of competitive business. Working with large and medium-sized organizations as a trusted consultant, executive coach and speaker; organizations and leaders dramatically improve their success at communicating with greater influence, efficiency, and persuasive impact. That includes superior communication of vision and inspiration and key presentations to senior decision makers, external customers, strategic partners, and major stakeholders.

She has gained significant recognition as one of the premier appearance, behavior and communication expert in the field and collaborates globally with clients and brands such as Coca-Cola, Procter and Gamble, Enerjisa, Audi, BNP Paribas, and other leading organizations. She has been the corporate image consultant for national broadcasting brands such as CNBC, NTV, NTV Spor, TRT etc, since 2011. She has worked with every strata of management, from CEO’s to young executives. Subjects of her trainings focus on personal branding, charismatic leadership, presentation skills, communication, business and social etiquette as well as developing a signature style for professionals.
Suna’s leadership tips, insights, and advice have been published by the Hurriyet IK, kariyer.net, ntv.com.tr – as well as many other major publications and media outlets. Her book, 10 Adimda Kisisel Imaj, has been published in February,2011. Suna is in high demand as an keynote presenter and has delivered inspirational, educational, and engaging talks, presentations, and workshops for a long list of prestigious clients.

Suna’s ability and expertise in executive presence and leadership consultancy has been awarded with extraordinary ability excellence . She lives with her family in San Diego, CA, where she calls her adopted home and enjoys an authentic life pursuing her interests, international travel, gourmet cooking, and music.
