With three decades of experience as a professional and entrepreneur, Suna Kabadayı is a trusted expert in helping leaders and organizations craft impactful brands and elevate their presence. Suna holds a BA in International Relations & Political Science from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul (1997) and has completed intensive training with the Conselle Institute of Image Management (2005) and The Style Core (2006) before founding her company as an image consultant. In 2006, she became a certified Professional Member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and served as its Global Ambassador from 2011 to 2015. Suna also holds an Executive Coaching Certificate from New York University (2012) and a Certificate in Mindfulness from San Diego State University (2021), as well as completing the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program at Brown University (2022).

Her early career as a marketing executive for multinational corporations like Ford, Henkel, and Pernod Ricard provided her with a unique understanding of the real-world challenges organizations face in highly competitive environments. This experience enables her to work with large and medium-sized companies as a trusted consultant, executive coach, and keynote speaker, helping leaders and teams significantly improve their communication, influence, and leadership presence. She has also been the corporate image consultant for national TV channels, including CNBC, NTV, NTV Spor, and TRT since 2011. Suna’s expertise extends across all levels of management, from C-level executives to rising professionals. Her training modules cover key areas such as personal branding, charismatic leadership, presentation skills, business and social etiquette, and signature style development for professionals.
